Focus Zone Development is the development entity I created which I feel best captures my vision of software development.
In all my projects, I place usability as a top priority. If the customers of your application are not comfortable interfacing with the system, they will quickly flee to your competitor if given the option. Otherwise, if the customer is forced to use an unwieldy application, they will do so with ever-increasing disdain. With that in mind, I place great emphasis on interacting with the customer, both in the back-end architecture and the front-end interface, helping to ensure an optimal and seamless blend of the human psychology with technology.
A common metaphor used by software development enthusiasts is the essence of being “in the Zone”. While in “the Zone”, large amounts of code fly from a developer’s fingertips, as if through a symbiotic relationship with the computer. It must be felt, experienced, and achieved to fully understand the immense satisfaction resulting from time in the Zone.
It is the experience of this Zone which inspires me to create exciting applications for myself and my customers.
